Corporate Recruiter

In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for a variety of roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:

 

– Collaborate with hiring managers on a weekly basis, providing feedback on the candidate pool and job market trends
– Facilitate Launch Meetings with hiring managers on new roles to make sure expectations/ the hiring process is clear
– Foster long-term relationships with candidates and provide the best candidate experience
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
– Perform phone interviews and onsite interviews
– Help coordinate interviews with teams; gather the feedback and organize candidate huddles
– Extend the job offers; negotiate the conditions
– Use discretionary judgement when making hiring decisions.
– Ad hoc projects (like assisting with new hire on-boarding, requesting background checks, verifying I9s and more)

 

Requirements:

 

– Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a recruiter, sourcer or recruiting coordinator
– Tech recruiting preferred
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
– Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
– Experience on LinkedIn recruiter, preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
